01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any associated policies incorporated herein by reference:

• "Platform" means the lakawin website at lakawin.net, any associated mobile-optimised web interface, and all games, sportsbook products, promotional tools, and account management features accessible through those interfaces.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the lakawin Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account opened by a Player on the lakawin Platform, including the associated wallet balance, transaction history, bonus ledger, and personal profile.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer game, slot, bingo event, or sportsbook market available through lakawin.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-spin winnings, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's account under a lakawin promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process lakawin conducts to confirm a Player's age, identity, and the source of their deposited funds, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" / "₱" means Philippine Peso, the primary currency used for all real-money transactions on the lakawin Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any part of the lakawin Platform — whether or not you have registered an account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the lakawin Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. lakawin will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting an updated effective date at the top of this page.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall apply to both you and that person or entity.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on lakawin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of lakawin or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from lakawin or had an account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, including the United States of America, the United Kingdom (without applicable licence), or any other restricted territory as determined by lakawin from time to time.

lakawin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and retention of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

04 Account Registration and Security

To participate in real-money gaming on lakawin, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) lakawin account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. lakawin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

KYC Verification: lakawin may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's licence, PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Processing of withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

• Accepted Philippine ID documents include: Passport, PhilSys National ID, Driver's Licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID.
• Proof of address must be a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months and showing your registered residential address.
• lakawin may request additional documentation where the source of funds requires verification under AML obligations.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on lakawin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). lakawin supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your lakawin account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. lakawin does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. lakawin targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). These timelines are targets and not guarantees; actual processing times may vary due to payment provider delays outside lakawin's control.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• lakawin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 within any single calendar day.
• Funds deposited by a payment method that is later found to be fraudulent, stolen, or operated by a third party will be reversed and the associated account suspended.
• lakawin does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party accounts. All funds must originate from and return to accounts in the Player's own name.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

lakawin offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by incorporation. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• lakawin reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• lakawin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations already in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of bonus acceptance.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus structures through systematic wagering patterns designed to extract guaranteed profit ("bonus abuse") may have their bonuses voided and account reviewed.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on lakawin are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sportsbook market. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable game rules before placing any wager. lakawin does not accept responsibility for wagers placed in error or without a full understanding of the relevant rules.

Casino Games: All casino and slot games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers in real time. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for each game within the respective game interface or help file.

Sportsbook: Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended for settlement. Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked. lakawin reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing or data error has occurred, providing full stake refund to the Player.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• lakawin reserves the right to limit the maximum wager amount for any Player, game, or market at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round or live bet, the hand or round will be void and stakes returned. Where a game result has been fully determined before a fault occurs, the result stands.
• PBA, NBA, UFC, and boxing market rules are governed by the specific sport ruleset published in the lakawin sportsbook help section.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lakawin Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under the age of 21, or providing false date-of-birth information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one (1) lakawin account, regardless of the personal details used.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or corrupt wagering activity in connection with any sports event or live casino game available on lakawin.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, harvest odds data, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without prior written authorisation from lakawin.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or mathematical errors to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are void and must be returned.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary algorithms underlying any lakawin game or platform component.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lakawin staff, live dealer personnel, or other players through any Platform communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

lakawin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm among Filipino players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — and we take our obligation to protect vulnerable players seriously.

Self-Exclusion: Any Player may request a self-exclusion from lakawin at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and they will be unable to deposit, wager, or access promotional communications.

Account Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings or by contacting support. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and may be subject to a cooling-off period when increased, to protect Players acting impulsively.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the lakawin Platform — including but not limited to the lakawin brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, text, graphics, game artwork, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of lakawin or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform content without prior written consent from lakawin.
• Use the lakawin name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content, game mechanics, or software architecture.

All third-party game content available through lakawin (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and other providers) remains the intellectual property of the respective developer and is subject to that developer's licensing terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lakawin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or bet placed thereon shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player into their lakawin account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lakawin shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss, even if lakawin has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information caused by events outside lakawin's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from a Player's own failure to maintain account security or acting in breach of these Terms.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit lakawin's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

lakawin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lakawin processes Player data for the following primary purposes: account management and authentication, KYC and AML compliance, payment processing and fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR, and (with your consent) marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Player data is stored on secure servers with 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls limiting internal access to authorised personnel only. For full details of your data rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), please refer to our Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

lakawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business operations. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — lakawin will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or sending a notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance before the amendment takes effect.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to lakawin's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, Players may also submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's official complaint resolution channels.
